I was Christmas shopping at FYE about five months ago, it was during a rush and the cashier asked me if I would like to save 20% on my order. I said sure and she signed me up for the "backstage pass" and handed me the pamphlet.

She made no mention that it would cost me after the first month. They've swiped a total of $60 from me without my notification except what appeared in my bank statement. I have gone online to cancel my account, which has now disappeared from their system. However, I'll be calling them tomorrow to see if I can get any of my money back.

From other reviews I've read, I don't have high hopes there, and am a bit nervous that they might still keep charging me even after I cancelled. Stay far away from FYE.

Or, if you do shop there, don't let them give you a pass. And check your bank account furiously.
